After completion of this lesson, learners will:

  • be able to complete the Decision Stage (Stage 3) using The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
  • be able to design the Strategic Implementation following the specific key steps and using the specific methodological tools.
  • be able to perform the develop actionable plans and allocate resources effectively to achieve organizational goals by using the specific methodological tools (egg. The Gantt chart).
  • be encouraged to apply the discussed strategic concept and the associated tools and models for specific social challenges and the derived social entrepreneurial business idea.
