Gamification rules
On the eLearning project.eu platform, we have implemented gamification to enhance the learning experience, motivate our learners, and issue certificates. Gamification involves using points, rankings, and badges to recognize and reward learner achievements. Here’s a breakdown of how gamification works on our platform:
Learning Points: Learning points indicate a learner’s level of success in their learning journey. Learners can earn learning points through the following accomplishments:
- 1 point for completing a topic.
- 3 points for completing a lesson.
- 12 points for completing a course.
- 6 points for completing a quiz.
- 6 points for completing any interactive content within a course.
Learning Level Ranking: Learners are categorized into different learning levels based on their learning point achievements:
- Beginner: Learners remain in the beginner status until they reach 100 learning points.
- Intermediate: Learners with 100 to 299 learning points are considered intermediate learners in terms of their learning achievements.
- Advanced: Advanced learners have achieved at least 300 learning points.
Badges for Learning Achievements: We also offer badges to commemorate specific accomplishments. These badges are earned upon completing designated courses, which entail successfully passing quizzes and/or assignments. Certain digital badges are also issued as Canvas Open Badges.
