Introduction and the aim of the course
The primary aim of this course is to equip participants with a profound understanding of project management within the realm of internationalization and research activities in higher education. This knowledge is essential in today’s increasingly globalized and collaborative academic landscape.
Throughout the course, participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from a panel of distinguished experts. These experts, drawn from diverse educational backgrounds and institutions, bring with them a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in internationalization, project management, and research activities within higher education.
The course curriculum covers various crucial topics central to project management excellence in internationalization and research. Participants will explore subjects such as internationalization in research, international management practices, perspectives and indicators of internationalization, global challenges for sustainability, project management service, organizational aspects of international relations, European projects, and financial management of Erasmus+ projects, with each topic presented by experienced experts in their respective fields.
By this course’s end, participants will have a profound understanding of project management in internationalization and research and the practical skills and insights needed to excel in these dynamic and increasingly important domains within higher education. This course invites participants to embark on an enriching educational journey that will enhance their professional capabilities and contribute to advancing international collaboration and research in higher education.
