At the end of this lesson, students will:
- know and understand possible ways of digital and non-digital communication with and among internal HEI stakeholders and be able to apply the most appropriate ones
- recognise unethical issues ruining respectful communication and consequently being able to avoid possible issues in communication with and among university internal stakeholders
