At the end of this lesson, students will:
- identify HEI’s external stakeholders and media, and be able to use various media channels of communication with them being aware of individual media strengths and weaknesses
- be aware of possible unethical issues taking place in external communication and be able to avoid them or try to solve the resulting negative consequences
