Background to the Course
This course was developed under the Erasmus+ project Improving University Quality Assurance: Resilient Strategies Toward Excellence (QA-SURE). The course aims to enhance quality assurance standards by aligning practices with ESG 2015 guidelines and European best practices, promoting excellence and resilience in university quality systems.
The course material provides a comprehensive overview of quality management (QM) and quality assurance (QA) in higher education (HE), serving as a solid foundation for face-to-face sessions and workshops. It also offers flexibility for self-learning, allowing participants to engage with the content at their own pace. The lessons cover essential topics such as institutional quality assurance frameworks, evaluation of teaching and learning, research quality standards, and strategies for effective community engagement. Through these lessons, participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to enhance quality practices within their institutions.
The e-classroom is in English; however, all readings have also been translated into Albanian. You can find and download the Albanian translations within each lesson, below the English version of the readings.
