Competencies for digital learning in an SME

Overview of lesson’s contents

In this lesson, competencies needed to successfully embed digital learning resources in the learning system of a smaller company are discussed. In the second lesson, the results of a survey among coaches and trainers in SMEs is presented showing the competencies that seem to be most important, however, in most cases not sufficiently developed.

To complete the course and earn the certificate of attendance, watch all the videos, view the readings and mark all the lessons as competed. After finalizing the final questionnaire with the evaluation of your experience with the course, you will be able to download and print your certificate.

Course creators
