Overview of lesson’s contents

In this lesson, the approach of work-based learning (WBL) is explained from the viewpoint of organisational learning and organisational development. Different methodologies of WBL are listed and explained that may be helpful for coaches, trainers and others actively involved in the development of people.

To complete the course and earn the certificate of attendance, watch all the videos, view the readings and mark all the lessons as competed. After finalizing the final questionnaire with the evaluation of your experience with the course, you will be able to download and print your certificate.

Course creators

The majority of the course contents were created in the DigiVET project financed under the Erasmus+ KA2 action.
